Immigration Assistant

The Immigration Assistant program prepares students for a career supporting immigration lawyers and consultants in Canada.

Students will learn how to manage immigration applications, prepare legal documents, and assist clients throughout the immigration process.

The Immigration Assistant diploma program is designed to provide students with the legal knowledge and administrative skills required to work in immigration law firms and consulting offices.

Throughout the program, students gain hands-on training in legal office procedures, immigration law, and document preparation. The curriculum focuses on real-world applications, helping students understand how immigration cases are managed from start to finish.

Students will develop skills in legal research, writing, and communication, while learning how to support immigration professionals with applications, documentation, and client interactions.

The program also includes a practicum placement, allowing students to gain real work experience in a legal or immigration setting before graduation.
