About Program

The NACC Personal Support Worker program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and practical skills needed to deliver compassionate care in healthcare environments.

Throughout the program, students learn how to assist elderly, disabled, and ill individuals with their daily activities, including personal care, mobility, and household support. The curriculum follows the Ontario PSW training standards, ensuring students are prepared for real-world healthcare roles.

Students will also develop strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. The program emphasizes both technical care skills and emotional support, helping students become well-rounded healthcare professionals.
