About Program
The Hospitality & Tourism Operations Management diploma program is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in hospitality operations and tourism management.
Throughout the program, students learn how to manage hotel and tourism services, including front office operations, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and customer experience management. The curriculum focuses on both operational and business aspects of the hospitality industry.
