The Early Childhood Education (Combined) program prepares students for a professional career working with young children in daycare and early learning environments.

Students will learn how to support child development, design learning activities, and create safe and engaging educational spaces.

The Early Childhood Education (Combined) diploma program is designed to provide students with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills required to work as early childhood educators.

Throughout the program, students learn how to support children’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development. The curriculum combines theoretical learning with hands-on practicum experience, ensuring students are prepared for real childcare environments.

Students will gain knowledge in child development, curriculum planning, classroom management, and communication with families. The program emphasizes play-based learning, safety, and inclusive education practices.

A key component of the program is multiple practicum placements, allowing students to gain extensive real-world experience in daycare and early childhood settings.

Graduates will be prepared to work in licensed childcare centres, preschools, and early learning environments.
