OVERVIEW
The Human Resources Management program prepares students to build practical HR skills for today’s Canadian workplace.
Students will learn Canadian employment law, recruitment, HR operations, people analytics, HRIS tools, employee relations, and people management skills used in modern organizations.
About Program
The Human Resources Management diploma program is designed for adults who want to move into Human Resources and build practical skills for Canadian workplaces.
Over 46 weeks, students learn how HR works in real organizations, including employment standards, workplace compliance, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, total rewards, HRIS administration, and people operations.
The program focuses on real HR tasks and practical workplace scenarios. Students build a portfolio of HR deliverables, including compliance audits, recruitment packages, dashboards, performance frameworks, HR operations documents, and employee experience projects.
Students also gain practical experience through an 80-hour internship inside a real people function, helping them apply their HR knowledge in a workplace environment.
