The Occupational Health and Safety Officer program prepares students for careers focused on workplace safety and risk management.

Students will learn how to identify hazards, implement safety policies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across different industries.

The Occupational Health and Safety Officer diploma program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and practical skills required to maintain safe and healthy work environments.

Throughout the program, students learn how to identify workplace hazards, assess risks, and implement safety programs that comply with Canadian health and safety regulations. The curriculum combines theoretical knowledge with real-world applications, preparing students to handle workplace safety challenges effectively.

Students will also gain experience in conducting inspections, investigating incidents, and developing emergency response plans. The program emphasizes communication, leadership, and compliance to ensure workplace safety standards are met.

An internship is included, allowing students to gain hands-on experience and apply their knowledge in real workplace environments.
