About Program
The Community Service Worker diploma program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and practical skills required to work in social and community service environments.
Throughout the program, students learn how to support individuals dealing with challenges such as homelessness, addiction, mental health issues, and family crises. The curriculum combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on training to prepare students for real-world situations.
Students will develop strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, allowing them to effectively interact with diverse populations. The program emphasizes empathy, ethics, and professional conduct in community settings.
A key component of the program is the field placement, where students gain real-world experience working in community organizations and service environments.
